in Judaism, the anniversary or “yahrzeit” of the death of a parent or close relative, is most commonly observed by burning a candle for an entire day.
Today marks the first anniversary of my father’s death. It has been a hard year, especially as my family or origin basically cut me off about six months before he passed and did not let me say goodbye to my father, nor to see him after he died.
This was all predicated on lies and conspiracy theories by my brothers in order to gain control of his assets.
